Optihealth Group announces Thrive, its health engagement platform

Thrive connects wearables, daily check-ins, sleep, activity, nutrition and health records, then builds personal baselines and turns change into clear insight.

Optihealth Group today announced Thrive, a health intelligence platform that helps individuals and organisations make sense of everyday health data.

Thrive connects wearable technology, structured daily check-ins, sleep, activity, nutrition and health records in one system. Rather than isolated readings, it builds a personal baseline over time and translates change into clear, practical insight.

“People are already collecting health data. What has been missing is context and continuity. Thrive was built to connect the dots in a way that is clinically informed, practical, and usable in everyday life.”

Linda Gordon, Co-Founder, Optihealth Group

Built for partners

Organisations across wellness, fitness, research and clinical care can deploy Thrive in their own communities, co-branded or white-label, to strengthen engagement between touchpoints.

Platform

Thrive works with Optihealth’s own range of bands, watches and rings. It includes structured symptom tracking, medication logging, guided health experiments and consent-based sharing through Loops. Optional nurse-led review is available. Thrive runs on iOS, Android and web.

Consumers can find Thrive at thrivehealthband.com.
